Two Niagara Falls men have been charged with second-degree murder in Monday night's fatal beating of a Niagara Falls man with a golf putter.
Gary R. Llamas II, 19, and James S. Hardeman Jr., 17, of different addresses on Falls Street, were arrested late Wednesday in the slaying of John E. Smith, 46, of 23rd Street.
