A bowling alley isn't the first place anyone would think of for a fun-filled evening of frivolity, friends and spirits. Think again, though.

The Clarence Bowling Academy couldn't be further away from the traditional bowling alley cliches (dank, oppressive darkness and dinginess spring to mind). The interior was clean, bright and cheery. Within five minutes of crossing the threshold, my wife and I received two hellos from the staff and one of the owners got a laugh out of Lindsay. Few assignments have made such an overwhelmingly positive first impression in that kind of record time.
