Aug. 14 to 21 Niagara County Events

LEWISTON ART FESTIVAL: Features works by more than 170 artists and crafters, 10 a.m. to 5 p.m., along Center Street, which will be closed to cars between Fourth and Eighth streets.

FLAPJACK FUNDRAISER: New Directions Youth and Family Services fundraiser for the student picnic at the Henrietta G. Lewis Campus School, 8 to 10 a.m., Applebee's, 5822 S. Transit Road, Lockport. Includes pancakes, sausage, coffee, tea and juice for $5.

FREE JAZZ CONCERT: Featuring the Dave Schiavone Quartet, 6 to 8 p.m., steps of the Niagara Arts and Cultural Center, Portage Road and Pine Avenue, Niagara Falls.
