Jon Cook, the director of media ministries at The Chapel at CrossPoint, saw a plane crash up close and personal Friday, but he never saw the low-flying aircraft until it crash-landed into Lake Erie.
"The first thing I saw was the giant splash, right off the front of the bow, about 100 feet in front of us," Cook said late Friday afternoon, just hours after he and 13 fellow staff members witnessed the small-plane crash at the other end of the lake near Toledo.See the full content of this document
