The first time we drove to Titi Cafela's, we missed it, tucked into a little strip of stores. But we turned around because we were on a mission. There are not that many Puerto Rican places outside of Buffalo's West Side, but we had been tipped that some of the best Latino eats in Western New York can now be found in Lancaster.
