Summary
Last week three of us were fortunate to travel to Milwaukee, Wis., and Chicago, Ill., in an effort to learn more about waterfront and economic development possibilities. It was a unique opportunity to learn from the progress that has been made by two peer lakefront cities with post-industrial legacies.
