Preliminary approval for the construction of 24 patio homes was granted Monday, provided workers for the contractor stop parking their own trucks on the wrong side of the street.
The Town Board agreed to the public improvement project application for the final phase of Wheatfield Lakes Patio Homes on Skylark Lane as long as several conditions are met.
