Fourth Ward residents came to the Dunkirk City Council meeting in their neighborhood Tuesday to complain about a family that they say has damaged two rental properties.
Several residents cited a family that has lived both on Doughty and Lord streets. Councilman-at-Large A.J. Dolce prohibited residents from calling out the name of the family, but he allowed comments about cockroach infestations and violation of noise ordinance and other complaints.
