Fourth Ward residents came to the Dunkirk City Council meeting in their neighborhood Tuesday to complain about a family that they say has damaged two rental properties.

Several residents cited a family that has lived both on Doughty and Lord streets. Councilman-at-Large A.J. Dolce prohibited residents from calling out the name of the family, but he allowed comments about cockroach infestations and violation of noise ordinance and other complaints. Police Chief David Ortolano said members of the family have been arrested on various charges.
