Affordable health care for all should be goal
During the health care summit, Republican Minority Leader John Boehner called President Obama's plan "a dangerous experiment with the best health care system in the world." Dick Cheney would agree, considering that his five heart attacks, multiple stents and numerous trips to the hospital have been paid for courtesy of his U.S. government employer since 1967. On the other side of the aisle we have Sen. Joe Lieberman, who states he can't, in conscience, vote for the single-payer plan. Of course he can't, since he lost his conscience years ago to the Connecticut insurance companies that handsomely support him.
