A major Southtowns trucking terminal that FedEx Corp. no longer needed has been sold to a national transportation investment firm as part of a complex deal by the Memphis-based express delivery company.

FedEx, through Fedex Freight Inc., sold its terminal at 3200 North America Drive, West Seneca, to Natmi National Truck Terminals II, a unit of NorthAmerican Terminals Management, for $800,000.
