Q: When I got my new computer running Microsoft Vista a couple of years ago, I had to temporarily use the on-screen keyboard. Whenever I start up my system, it still pops up. How can I get rid of it?

A: Start by pressing the Windows key and "U" key together to launch Vista's Ease of Access Center. (The Windows key has the Windows logo on it.)
