Donald Jones slowly walked out of the Buffalo Bills locker room, plopped himself in the front seat of a golf cart and looked doleful as he placed headphones over his ears. Seconds later, Terrence McGee emerged with the aid of crutches as he sat in the back of the same cart with a similar, grim look.

Hours earlier Jones and McGee were carted off the field with their legs placed in inflatable braces, one done for the season and the other perhaps to follow soon.
