A member of the Tribal Council of the Seneca Nation of Indians shoved a Buffalo lobbyist and political operative off a bar stool in an early morning incident at a hotel here this week, according to police.

Bryan Gonzales, who was here for a ceremony Tuesday, has been accused of shoving John F. "Jack" O'Donnell Jr. off his chair at 74 State, a downtown hotel and bar popular with lobbyists and lawmakers.
