Louis H. Glickman, who helped minority entrepreneurs establish businesses while he was regional director of the Anti-Defamation League, died Monday in Beechwood Homes, Getzville, following a long illness. He was 89.

Mr. Glickman was assigned to the Anti-Defamation League's Buffalo office about 45 years ago after serving in San Francisco, Denver and New Jersey, where he was involved in the establishment of one of the country's first fair-housing laws.
