Linebacker Tony Lock became the career leader in tackles for Pioneer, passing one of the program's immortals.

The 6-foot-1, 205-pound senior had 12 tackles giving him a school record 234 to highlight the Panthers' 14-6 season-opening win on Saturday against Burgard. The previous record of 225 had been held since 2000 by the late Tim Schwab, who died in a tragic farm accident last November.
