Summary
Milton M. Goldberg, an arbitrator whose work prevented hundreds of strikes in Buffalo and Rochester, died Wednesday in a Williamsville nursing home just eight days after his 100th birthday.
Mr. Goldberg was born in Bayonne, N.J., and received his bachelor's degree from St. John's University and his master's degree from Columbia University. After serving in the Army in World War II, he helped negotiate a series of labor disputes in the Rochester area.
