Two youths and one family were acknowledged Oct. 27 during the annual Niagara County 4-H dinner for their dedication to Cornell Cooperative Extension.
*Brian Alt, of Barker, was chosen to receive the Walker Junior Leadership Award, which is given in memory of Raymond R. Walker and Marjorie E. Walker for exemplifying the qualities the Walkers held dear. As a member of the Leaders of Tomorrow, Brian served as co- chairman for the Niagara County 4-H Relay for Life team. Additionally, he was selected as 2011 Niagara County Royalty. Besides local leadership, he also served as the New York State Fair teen booth leader for the past two years.See the full content of this document
