Joseph "Joe" Ognibene, a retired photojournalist and outdoors columnist, died Monday in his Grand Island home. He was 84.
"Outdoor Scene," the longest-running outdoors column in New York State, was published for 51 years in the Niagara Newspapers until he retired it in September 2008.
