Dan D. Kohane of the Buffalo law firm of Hurwitz & Fine was named program chairman for the eighth annual Judicial Symposium sponsored by the National Foundation for Judicial Excellence, to be held in Chicago in July 2012. NFJE joins bar associations, law schools, think tanks and other nonprofit organizations to provide education to appellate judges.
