The Buffalo Police Department is continuing to delay the release of some rather innocuous information that the city's police reorganization panel needs to do its work.
The Joint Commission to Examine Police Reorganization has been asking for the information for more than six months, according to Chairman Joseph Mascia. Last week, Mascia says, the police commissioner said some of the information would be released "very soon." That statement sounds remarkably like the one from the mayor's office in June: "Commissioner Derenda has reviewed the request, and some of the information will be released shortly."See the full content of this document
