The Catholic Church's Second Vatican Council 45 years ago ushered in a tsunami of liturgical and theological changes, but not all of the promise of the landmark meeting of prelates has been fulfilled, according to Bishop Donald W. Trautman of the Diocese of Erie, Pa.
"What is unfulfilled is the transformation of attitudes," he told about 130 people Wednesday evening in St. Bernadette Church in Orchard Park.
