Repeat Felon Sentenced to 2-4 Years for Burglary

Summary


A Great Valley man was sentenced as a repeat felon Monday in Cattaraugus County Court to serve up to four years in prison for a burglary in the Town of Franklinville.

Mark W. Gilman, 42, was sentenced by Judge Larry M. Himelein to serve two to four years in prison plus restitution for his conviction of third-degree burglary of a building Dec. 31, 2007.
