Sister Mary Romana Ciko, a native of Poland and a Felician Sister, died Monday in the Felician Sisters Health and Wellness Center, Cheektowaga, where she had lived for the past year. She was 88.

Born Irene Ciko in Lobchora, Poland, she entered the Sisters of St. Joseph, Spouse of the Blessed Virgin Mary Order of the Byzantine Rite, in 1939 and professed final vows in 1951.
