Officials of Seneca Nation of Indians have notified Mayor Jeff Pond that they are withdrawing an offer to work out a joint community development agreement and also are halting dialogue on a proposal to make casino revenue payments directly to the city as a host municipality.
In a letter dated Feb. 15, Seneca President Robert O. Porter blames the breakdown in talks on Pond's State of the City address delivered earlier this month.See the full content of this document
