Virginia L. Stephan, who operated a Lackawanna flower shop for 40 years, died Sunday in Leesburg Regional Medical Center in Leesburg, Fla. She was 86.
Born Virginia L. Jensen in Attica, one of 12 children, she served in the U.S. Navy during World War II and was long active in the American Legion and in WAVES, a U.S. Navy veterans organization for women.See the full content of this document
