A writer for Real Simple magazine gave herself an Unprocrastination Day in which she and a "no-nonsense" friend together tackled their lists of long-neglected tasks. The plan was not to return to their homes until the chores were complete.

The day, as described in an article in the April issue, went like this: At 9 a.m., writer/editor at large Danielle Claro met her friend to eat breakfast and strategize. At 10 a.m. they hit the tailor's to drop off clothes in need of repair or alteration. Additional stops included the lighting store (new shades), Bed Bath & Beyond (curtain hardware) and elsewhere.
