On the one hand, there is the beauty of the season (Medaille College, lit up at night, looks like one of the great castles in Europe). On the other hand, there is this inside of Buzz's purse. O, the horror! The holiday horror! Looking for our wallet, here is what we found: Gift certificate worth $50 off a party limo. A beat- up Hanukkah coin. Where had we picked that up? Tissuey bits of fake snow from the Andre Rieu show at First Niagara Center. And the best: a blob of white wax that, after puzzling over, we finally identified as a bit of the candle we had been handed to hold at the "Rorate Mass" at St. Ann's Church. Oh, dear.
