Shareholders on Tuesday evening overwhelmingly approved the sale of the Westwood Country Club in Amherst.

In a brief meeting at the club, shareholders voted, 68-10, to accept a $3 million offer from a group supporting Jon Cohen and Todd Sugarman, who jointly own the Windows on the Green restaurant inside the club. Closing is expected to be complete by mid- February.
